1. Accounts. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
2. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access information you are not authorised to see, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
3. Member content. Information shared in the member directory or with other members must be used only for professional networking, not for marketing or any other purpose.
4. Information, not advice. Guidance on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, medical or religious advice for your individual circumstances.
5. No representation guarantee. Submitting an employment-support request does not create a solicitor–client relationship or guarantee representation.
6. Availability. We aim to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Changes. We may update these terms and will notify members of significant changes.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
